Pasture to Profit Conference 2019

Wednesday 16 October 2019

Stoneleigh Park, Kenilworth, UK

LIC Pasture to Profit Conference 2019

Join LIC at the Pasture to Profit Conference 2019 to discuss the evolution of dairy systems that ensure sustainable profits.  We have brought together a diverse group of speakers to help you plot a path to a profitable future that could see you become a top 10% performer.

Lincoln University Dairy Farm (LUDF) in the South Island of New Zealand is within the top 10% of NZ dairy farms and frames the conference this year. LUDF demonstrates responsible profitable dairy farming having executed a major system change under enforced environmental restrictions.

Over the past five years LUDF has remained profitable through the change to a more intensive pasture management system. This has resulted in reductions in fertiliser levels, improvement in milk solids production, better grassland production and utilisation and reduced environmental impact.

We're delighted to announce the keynote speaker for each of the first three sessions is Ron Pellow, who was key to the radical and profitable changes at LUDF.

An informed line up of UK farmers and speakers will support LUDF by presenting their own strategies and knowledge on how you can adapt to ensure long term sustainable profitability under changing environmental pressures.
