Progeny Testing
Annually 300 young sires are progeny tested. After every resulting daughter is rigorously tested for production on pasture and other profitability related traits, about 15 bulls go on to become PREMIER SIRES.
Today, three out of every four dairy cows milked in New Zealand are sired by the PREMIER SIRES team.
